How we handle your data (for clients)

This page explains how data is handled for clients and stakeholders who have received questions through Kimeboard.

You do not need an account. Open the personal link sent by the project contact, enter the 6-digit code sent to your email, and you will reach the answer screen.

You see only the questions addressed to you and the relevant excerpt of the source document (marked with a red frame). You cannot see other documents in the project or questions addressed to others.

Other people's answers stay hidden until everyone has answered, and your answer is hidden from them too. This lets each person give their own view without seeing the others'.

Who answered what is shown only to the project contact at the development company.

The 6-digit code means that even if the link reaches someone else, it cannot be opened without confirming your email address.

The AI reads only the latest documents registered in that project. We use our AI provider under terms where inputs are not used for training. Retention by the provider follows its terms and is typically deletion within 30 days.

Data is stored in data centers in Japan (Tokyo). It is kept separate for each project and encrypted in transit and at rest. The operator's staff do not view project contents except for incident response with the consent of the development company's administrator, and any such access is logged.

Projects are kept for a set period after closing (normally 5 years) and then deleted. If the development company cancels, the data is deleted 90 days later.

The records kept are records of agreement, not contracts.

For questions, or to ask about deleting your information, please contact the project contact or the operator, SBGG LLC (info@sbgg.jp).
